As the Brewery & Dairy industry continues to adopt stainless steel as its preferred material (replacing aluminium and brass) it is probably one of the main users of Investment Castings Counter Hardware, Ale Extractors, Dispenser Heads, 2 Way and 3 Way Valves, Plugs, SMS and IDF Union Joints and many alternatives of barstock currently produced using the Investment Casting Process. The two common materials used are 304 and 316 type stainless steels, which are subjected to pickling and passivation and quite often electro polishing before final use, thus meeting the stringent hygiene requirements expected from a supplier to the Brewery, Dairy and Food Industry.
